Addressing a press meet at Uliyan, Kadma JMM vice-president Champai Soren said that the Sangharsh Yatra is aimed to expose the anti-people policies of the Union and State Governments. He said that the purpose of Yatra is to wipe the BJP from the state.
He went on to inform that ‘Sangharsh Yatra' will cover all the five divisions of the state. Party executive president Hemant Soren will lead this journey. The first phase of Sangharsh Yatra is being started from the Kolhan region.
Soren also expressed sorry on the plight of tribal that on the excuse of development nearly millions of tribals have been uprooted from their land in the state in last five decades but never did the government showed sensitivity towards the concerns of the tribals.
“Since ages the tribals have been deprived of their rights. Though people were pinning hopes on the creation of new Government, but BJP dashed their hopes after attaining power,” noted Soren.
JMM MLA Kunal Sarangi said that the party workers are all geared up for ‘Sangarsh Yatra’ and it will help to spread party’s vision for the State.
