They need to come to Jharkhand to answer the question of the tribunal, the MLAs added.

After hearing both sides, the tribunal adjourned today's hearing and said that the date of next hearing will be informed later.

In the Speaker's court, Congress Legislature Party leader and Rural Development Minister, Alamgir Alam had filed a case of defection against Irfan Ansari, Rajesh Kachap and Naman Vixal Kongari of Congress trapped in the cash scandal. One of its hearings was held on September 1 and the date for the next hearing was fixed on September 5. Due to the Assembly being in session on September 5, it was extended to September 7.

A couple of days ago all three Congress MLAs trapped in the cash scandal have got permission to come to Jharkhand. MLAs Irfan Ansari, Rajesh Kachhap and Naman Vixal Kongari have been given conditional permission from the Kolkata High Court to come to Jharkhand.

Now all the three MLAs can come to Jharkhand. But after the completion of Jharkhand Assembly work, they will have to go back to Kolkata. For this, they will also have to show the letter of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, apart from this work, they are not allowed to stay in Jharkhand for any other work.

The Calcutta High Court granted bail to the trio on August 17 but are not allowed to leave Kolkata. At present, permission has been given to come to Jharkhand, but the court has also said that if the work of the Jharkhand Assembly is done, then after informing the CID, the three MLAs can go to Jharkhand, but then they will have to come back.

Significantly, the three MLAs were arrested in Howrah with Rs 49 lakh. The court has also made a condition that if the CID team is summoned for questioning by issuing summons, then they will have to appear within twenty-four hours.
