State Health Minister Ram Chandrvanshi inspected the Sadar hospital and visited the wards. He also talked with the patients. He directed the CS to improve the condition soon. During the inspection Dr BK Pandey, Dr Sanjay Prasad, Dr Sudama, Dr Smrity and Dr Israt were absent.
The Minister also issued show-cause notices to them and warned that if the answer would not be satisfactory they will face action. The clerk Rajesh Kumar was also absent who was suspended on spot. The minister said that there should not be the lack of medicines and the patients should be shifted to the wards. The minister also told that there would be appointment of 1071 doctors in the state and the process for this has been started.
