Health Care Global (HCG) Enterprises and Ranchi based company S Ansari Consultancy (SAC) have jointly collaborated for the establishment of spine and ortho centre at Irba Ranchi.
Others like Curie cancer institute and Florence school of nursing is the part of this medivillage. Abdur Razzaque Ansari Memorial Weavers Hospital Director SA Ansari said, “Apollo hospital already exists in the village as a super specialist hospital and SAC for the first time in the state has tried to bring investment from HCG Bangalore.” In this center all joint-related treatments such as knee replacement surgery, joint replacement surgery, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive spine surgery will be done at the nominal rates.
Diplomat of National Board (DNB) in Spine Surgery Dr Nilesh Mishra said, “Joint pain problem is high among the villagers and in Jharkhand the ratio is very high. The basic reason behind this is observed that due to acute financial crunch BPl families tend to ignore it as a result of which they end up with severe injuries. To avoid this and make the state healthy we are establishing this centre.”
Senior Consultant Joint Replacement Surgeon said, “To make rural people aware about this centre camps will be organised in different villages.”
