The Jharkhand High Court on Monday reserved its judgement over a bail application moved by industrialist RK Agarwal in connection with the horse-trading case during the 2012 Rajya Sabha elections in Jharkhand.
Justice RR Prasad reserved the judgement after hearing the arguments on both sides.
