In a tragic accident on Sunday, an overcrowded boat capsized in Ranchi lake leaving at least four persons dead and five others injured. The incident took place when the ill-fated boat, about 16 people on board, including Additional Chief Secretary Sajal Chakraborty entered the lake at the occasion of inauguration of boating facility in it.
