The court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court on Thursday dismissed the petition of film actress Ameesha Patel. She had requested the court to quash criminal proceedings against her. Singh said that he met Ameesha Patel in 2017 at a public function in Ranchi. In 2018, the actress called him to seek money. Singh gave her Rs 2.5 Crore on the condition that she will pay 3% interest every month.

But she failed to pay that interest amount as her cheques bounced. She then assured him to return his entire money in six months of time. But she again failed to do so. She again told Singh that she would give him the credit of a producer for her film Desi Magic. But despite repeated talk and assurances, she did nothing t
