The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday rejected Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) of suspended Registrar (vigilance) of Jharkhand High Court (JHC) Mushtaq Ahmed in the much talked about alleged love-Jihad and torture case of ace shooter Tara Shahdeo. The CBI, in its charge sheet submitted on May 22 last, said that Shahdeo was repeatedly raped by her husband and categorically held Ahmed of molesting Shahdeo.
The chargesheet has been filed against Ahmed, Tara Shahdeo’s husband Ranjeet Singh Kohli alias Raquibul Hassan and his mother Kaushal Rani (Kaushar Begum) upholding Shahdeo’s allegations of deceit, exploitation and torture.
