Hazaribagh police have nabbed a hard-core member of CPI (Maoists) from the forest area of Keredari block on Thursday. According to sources Keredari police got information that some suspected persons are roaming in the forest area. A team led by ASP Harilal Chauhan immediately moved towards the forest area as per information and entered inside.
They saw some person there who tried to escape from the site. Policemen followed them and caught one of them. later he was identified as Uday Ganjhu, a hardcore of CPI Maoist group, who is a resident of Keredari block having a reward of `3 lakhs declared by police department.
