DC Sunil Kumar reviewed work of the district supply department in Hazaribagh on Thursday. He directed marketing officers to submit a list of PDS dealers who had not yet submitted APl, BPl and Antyodaya beneficiaries' data. Their licences will be cancelled if they don't do so in a fortnight, while incomplete date will be returned. The dealers are expected to get ration according to the number of customers whose data they submit. Focussing on reports of kerosene distribution, Kumar told officers to ensure every card-holder gets allotted fuel at a fixed rate. The DC made it clear he would not tolerate black-marketing. According to district supply officer Xavier Herenz, dealers have been given full ration for July and August. Kumar has sought all ration to be distributed in the presence of village local body representatives.
