It was like mini Ramnavmi after one week of the famous festival at Hazaribagh. Hanuman Jayanti, the birth anniversary of lord Bajrang Bali was observed today. In the morning special prayer and Hawan took place in almost all Hanuman temples of the town in which devotees participated in large numbers.
At Mahavir Sthan Temple ‘Maha-aarti’ started at about 9 am and then ‘Mahaprasad’ was distributed among the devotees.At Bara Akhara group recitation of Sundar Kand took place while in some other Mahavir temples Hanuman Chalisa and Ramayan recitation program was organized which lasted late evening.
