Hailstorm followed by rains made the weather pleasant here on Tuesday. The day started with clouds in the sky and in the afternoon suddenly thunderstorms began followed by rain.
Pouring of hailstones followed by big drops of rainwater came as a relief for the denizens of Hazaribagh. The temperature which was at its peak on Tuesday suddenly went down from above 42 degree Celsius to just above 30 degree Celsius at the time of filing of this report. For over four hours rain continued.
like all other places of the country this year April was comparatively warmer than previous years in Hazaribagh too. The temperature almost remained near the mark of 40 degree Celsius all through the month which is known to be the highest temperature of this district as per records in previous years. Since last 4-5 days the mercury was once again on rise and it had crossed the new height of 42 degree Celsius.
