Governor Syed Ahmed counted on the role of discipline and devotion in the nation building and appealed to the youths and students to drive country in right directions. Receiving the NCC cadets who participated in the Republic Day parade in Delhi at Raj Bhawan on Wednesday, the Governor underlined their constructive role in nation building.
“Your role in nation building is important and we all hope that you would bring changes in the condition and direction of the country. We all have lots of expectations from the younger generation,” said Syed Ahmed at the function known as ‘At Home’. “The nation is currently facing challenges like illiteracy, diseases, malnutrition and communalism. The cadets should be prepared to deal with these issues through their bravery, courage and discipline and make people aware about the challenges before the society,” said he.
