The completion of two years of the coalition government formed under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the State, is going to be celebrated on December 29 and on this occasion, the Jharkhand Government is going to organize a grand function.
The programme will be organized at the historic Morhabadi ground to commemorate the completion of two years of the Jharkhand government. Its preparations have started.
Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department, Vandana Dadel, has also held a meeting with the officials of various departments to prepare the outline of the programme to be held on December 29.Action plans are also being sought from departments. For this, some offices of the Secretariat located in Project Bhawan also remained open especially. Details of achievements have also been sought from all the State Government’s departments including Road Construction Department, Rural Development Department, Rural Affairs Department, Industry Department.
A complete list of new schemes to be launched has been sought from departments’. Apart from this, reports have also been asked to give timely reports of schemes whose foundation stone is to be inaugurated on December 29.
The Rural Development Department has also submitted its report. Notably, the Jharkhand state has declared this year as year of recruitment in various State Government’s departments.
The Chief Minister himself has also said that this year jobs will be given on a large scale to the youths of the State.
In such a situation, the Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department has written a letter to all the departments including the Personnel Department and has sought details about the vacancies. Those who are to be given appointment letters have been asked to hand over the list from the various departments. The Chief Minister himself will distribute the appointment letter among the youths. Apart from this, assets will also be distributed among the beneficiaries.
The preparation of the programme for the completion of two years of the State Government is constantly being reviewed from the Chief Secretary level. In a couple of days, along with the time, the outline of the entire program will be prepared. It may be mentioned here that, even after the completion of one year of the State Government in the State, the program was organized in Morhabadi last year.
