The Ministry of Civil Aviation is planning to set up a mational aviation university in 2014.
“A Bill will be passed in this Parliament Monsoon Session. The problems of flying school students unable to get a proper university affiliation will be solved with this set-up. The shortage of skill labour professionals in Civil Aviation sector will also be solved. We hope to operate the university by July next year,” said Ministry of Civil Aviation Secretary KN Srivastava.
