The State Congress has said that the Government must work on its Industrial Policy with a focus on infrastructure and creation of land Bank for the benefit of the industrialists interested in setting up their businesses here. State Secretary SRA Rizwi Chabban said that the Government in Jharkhand must take proper initiative in creating a developing environment for the companies coming to the State. Apart from keeping demand for implementation of Industrial Policy party demands creation of land Bank to solve the land problems faced by the companies interested in coming to State.
He said that though the State Government had previously announced to set up land bank but no step seems to have been taken so far. He went to note that land Bank can be established by consolidating the existing available land holding and enlarging the command area to Saraikela Kharsawan. The move would motivate many Indian and MNC auto components manufacturers to invest in the State. The leader said that for long the industrialists have been seeking cooperation from the Government in addressing their grievances particularly on issues of land, electricity water and road.
