In spite of the directives of the State Government, departmental proceedings against the tainted officials are yet to be initiated. RR Mishra, Deputy Director of the Revenue and land Reforms had written a letter to DC Garhwa requesting him to initiate departmental proceedings against an employee, Parmeshwar Ram and file complaint against DClR of Nagar, Untari Dharnidhar Jha.
After compliance of such order, the Government had to be informed within 15 days. In this regard, Secretary of Palamu Commissioner through vide letter no. 1407/ 24.2.14 directed DC Garhwa for initiation of departmental proceeding against the offenders.
It is astonishing that Parmeshwar Ram is not only continuing with his job but has been designated as in-charge of Circle Inspector Bhawnathpur by Additional Collector on June 14 last year. When contacted, Additional Collector Sanjay Kumar denied any information about the incident. Garhwa DC Rajeshwari B said she would comply with the order of the State Government.
