Taking the strike of subordinate staffs at district collectorates, Mufassil offices seriously, the State government has ordered to take action against them. The strike has been taken against the provisions of Jharkhand Government Servant’s service rules’ rule number 8 (ii). The Government has asked all the Deputy Commissioners to identify the striking employees and take disciplinary action against them.
Principal Secretary of Personnel Department has instructed that the strike period of the employees be construed as unsanctioned leave and deductions be made from their salaries for the strike period on the principle of ‘No work no pay’.
