Governor Syed Ahmed distributed appointment letters to newly recruted secretariat assistants at the Aryabhatt conference hall in Raj Bhavan on Thursday. He said that every official should play an important role in the development of their State.
The Governor on the occasion said that as the officials should do their Government work just like they complete their personal work with full diligence. By doing so, their quality of work will improve and will lead them towards the development of their State.
Speaking on the occasion Advisor to Governor Madhukar Gupta said that lack of employees directly affects the growth of the administration so every employee should work with full dedication.
Principal Secretary to Governor NN Sinha urged them to become technology friendly as the coming generation will be masters of the new technology so they should make very limited use of pen and paper.
Principal Secretary Department of personnel and administrative reforms Aditya Swaroop said that after the formation of the State this was the first time that 455 secretariat assistants were given appointment letter. They have to undergo 4 week’s of departmental training along with 2 weeks’ of institutional training.
