Villagers started to construct a road on won labour at Bilaspur under Banshidbar Nagar block about 50 km away from the district headquarter. According to villagers, on the initiative of Banshidbar Nagar Pramukh Rabindra Paswan, on Thursday, the villagers started construction work of a road.

The launch of road construction work was done by Ravindra Paswan, Ashok Ram and Harivansh Rama jointly by breaking the coconut. According to Ravindra Paswan, there was no road to visit Bilaspur Panchayat Bhawan. Due to not having a road, people have to face difficulties in having their problems in Panchayat Bhawan. After completion of this road distance of the village to panchayat bhawan will decrease. He again said that after assessing the problems of the people, he held a meeting with the villagers and proposed to make the road with own labour.

Later, villagers agreed to build the road.  Omprakash Paswan, Kapil Dev Gupta, Kundan Paswan, Rajnath Ram, Baiju Ram and many others are engaged in built of road.
