Garhwa DC-cum-District Election Officer Dr Manish Ranjan has published third level voter list on January 3 after constitution of 20 blocks and 2,448 election wards in 189 gram panchayats.
The lists will be available at all Sub-Division offices, BDOs and at all gram panchayats in the district. The DC has deputed to all BDOs for receiving written complaints and successions by January 12. Action on the complaints and suggestions would take place in all block offices in the district between January 13 to 19 and after that the voter list would be sent to the State Election Commission for final approval and publication.
The DC also directed the District Supply Officer to start online allotment of Public Distribution System (PDS) materials. The DC directed the SDO to submit an application regarding the number of PDS shops, suspension and licences. PDS shopkeepers are also to affix the BPl and APl beneficiaries' list and allot items on the board everyday.
