The sub-divisional administration of Barhi chose a unique path to make the town encroachment-free. On Sunday, DSP Avinash Kumar, CO Sanjay Kumar Pande, and other officials came on streets with rose flower in their bags. They visited all the important areas of the town and presented rose to the owner of the shops and buildings who have encroached the road. They appealed to everyone to free the encroached area so that the town can be made more beautiful and clean.
On their appeal many shopkeepers removed their items kept on the roads. Officials and eminent citizens of Barhi also appealed to the street venders to shift their stalls at least fifteen feet away from NH so that the problem of jam can be solved. The Gandhigiri of officials and eminent citizens has been praised by all and everyone has promised to help them.
