Das, on the occasion, emphasised on the requirement of teamwork and said that a combination of teamwork, dedication and honesty can make any task achievable in this world. "Government is just a helping hand...you yourself have to do a lot," he said, directing newly appointed MPWs to work with passion, dedication and with heart, and not to take their work merely a job.
He said that government is looking at healthy and educated Jharkhand by 2019.
"Post liberalisation, health and education were the two of the most important sectors to be marketised. And the result was that the poor went on depending completely on public sector, or government for these two basic needs. So, it is the responsibility of every stakeholder of the society to do at least something so that the target to make Jharkhand a healthy and educated state by 2019 could be achieved," said Das.
