In connection to a ‘medicine scam’ at Bokaro Steel Plant’s hospital four employees of M/s Modi Enterprises were surrendered before the CBI Court in Dhanbad, later sent behind the bar on Monday evening.
The four accused Suresh Gope, Ravi lal, Gautam Mahato and Deepak Kumar were surrendered before the CBI’s special judge Suchendra Kumar Pandey at Dhanbad and pleaded for bail. The court rejected their bail plea and all four were sent behind the bar, informed Kapil Munda Advocate of CBI Court.
“Earlier their bail petitions were also rejected by Jharkhand High Court”, he added. The case was related to an embezzlement of funds by BGH.
