The ADJ first of Bokaro district court awarded life imprisonment to one rapist and his four kins on charge of killing a five months fetus.
The court of Justice R S Upadhayay awarded life term under POSCO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) to Ritesh Mahato for raping a minor girl and his father Nagewhwar Mahatao, Uncle Chedi Mahato, step-mother Deventi Devi and mother Geeta Devi for aborting a fetus.
