The court of district and Session Judge, Garhwa, Ram Babu Gupta awarded life imprisonment to five accused in a murder case. The court also imposed a fine of Rs five thousand to each accused.
According to the details of the case, father of the victim Nurul Hoda Ansari, had lodged an FIR with Meral police station against five accused that including wife of the deceased Reshama Khatoon, Amara Bibi, Mohiuddin Ansari, Ashique Ansari and Srafat Ansari,on July 19, 2011. It was alleged that the accused killed the deceased and throw his dead body on Garhwa -Rehala road near Side village.
After hearing of both side’s counsels the Judge awarded life imprisonment to all the five accused.
