The Jharkhand High Court has fixed January 29 for the final hearing on Criminal Writ Petition filed in the alleged fake Bakoria Encounter at Satbarwa in Palamu killing in which 12 persons were killed. Meanwhile, the CID has been directed to file counter affidavit in the case before it. The Court of Justice Rangan Mukhopadhyaya has also been asked to file rejoinder if required after going through the counter affidavit filed by the CID. The petitioner Jawahar Yadav in his petition has demanded investigation from an independent agency as calling it a fake encounter by the Police where 12 innocent persons were killed.
