Aditya Kumar Anand took charge as new deputy commissioner of Hazaribag from the outgoing DC Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh on Saturday after noon. Anand is the 90th deputy commissioner of Hazaribag.
After taking the charge Anand said that as a deputy commissioner fighting Covid-19 is the main challenge before him.
Anand said that other priorities will be decided after the meeting with the officers of the administration. There should be a dialogue between the media and public of the district.
He assured that as a deputy commissioner he will try his best to complete the public feeling and their expectations. He further said that the administration will provide the infrastructural facilities to the public of Hazaribag.
He appealed to the public of Hazaribag to follow the instructions of the health ministry to avoid the Covid 19 infections. He said to maintain the rules of social distancing and use the mask when they will be out from their residence.
