A farewell ceremony was held for the employees retiring from Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in June 2024. The event took place in the main auditorium of the Learning & Development Department under the leadership of General Manager (HR Services) Soni Kumari. Chief General Manager (C & IT) I. Bankira was the chief guest at the ceremony.
The event began with Assistant General Manager (HR) Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini welcoming the guests and providing information related to final settlement and Maitri Bhavan to the retiring employees. HR Manager Kalpana presented the biodata of each retiring employee.
Chief General Manager (C & IT) I. Bankira congratulated the retirees for their dedicated service and wished them a happy life ahead. He also presented them with service certificates and gifts. A total of 7 executives and 17 non-executives are retiring from BSL in June 2024. The program was conducted by Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini, Assistant General Manager (HR).
