A farewell ceremony was organized at the Human Resource Development Department’s Main Auditorium for employees retiring from Bokaro Steel Plant in April 2025. Executive Director (Works) C. R. Mahapatra and Chief General Manager (HR) Harimohan Jha were present on the occasion.
Jha welcomed the guests, while Assistant General Manager (HR) Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini provided details on final settlements and Maitri Bhawan facilities. Brief profiles of each retiring employee were also shared.
Mahapatra congratulated the retirees for their dedicated service and wished them a happy and fulfilling future. Service certificates and mementoes were presented. This month, 7 executives and 38 non-executives are retiring from the plant.
Director In-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari, along with senior officials, interacted with the retirees and their families and extended good wishes. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Priyadarshini.
In a separate event, a farewell was held for Chief General Manager Rajeev Dhawan. Tiwari and other senior executives praised his contribution and presented him with a memento, wishing him success in the next chapter of life.
