The closing ceremony of the two days Facilitators Development Workshop organized by the CBSE in accordance with Ramakrishna Mission Delhi was conducted on the premises of Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi. The concluding day of the session was graced by M. K. Sinha, District Training Coordinator, Ranchi and Principal DAV Hehal, Samarjit Jana, President Ranchi Sahodaya School Complex, Deputy District Coordinator, Principal JVM Shyamli, Ranchi, Subhash Kumar, Secretary Ranchi Sahodaya School Complex, Principal, Taurian World School, Ranchi, Neeraj Sinha, Treasurer Ranchi Sahodaya School Complex, Principal, Firayalal Public School, Ranchi and Paromita Saha, Assistant Treasurer, Ranchi Sahodaya School Complex, Principal Loyola Convent School, Ranchi and the session was based on the practical use of the theory. The aim of the session was to enlighten the teachers on how to awaken the students through discovery and acceptance, affirming each individual as a separate entity and avoiding being judgmental towards them. Stress was laid on peer and personal learning in place of top-down learning. Tokens of gratitude were handed over to the eminent guests by Mrs. Paramjit Kaur, Principal of the host school followed by the vote of thanks for the day.
School Head Personnel and Admin Dr. Pradip Varma complimented the school for the effort put in by them in making the event a success.
Principal Paramjit Kaur said that the teachers should try to educate the children who are the future of the country in becoming good citizens with strong moral values as envisioned by Swami Vivekananda.
