The JBVNl on Thursday launched the Android-based mobile application that would facilitate any consumer in bill payment, getting new connection, lodging complaint, consumer registration, modifications in existing load, tariff, name and also track status of earlier complaints.
The app can be downloaded from Google Play/www.jbvnl.co.in and used for various day-to-day services.
