The District Rural Health Committee held its 28th eye donation camp on the premises of Sadar hospital. Dr (Captain) SN Jha CMO-cum-members’ secretary of district rural health committee-blindness control programme showed a green flag to the programme.
A rally was also organised by the students of Giriwar Shishu Sadan. In the rally Dr. PC Hembram the vice-superintendent Sadar hospital lohardaga, Ajay Kumar assistant eye department, Chandra Bhushan Prasad, Nilesh Kumar, Sunil Kumar Singh were also present.
Through the programme many instructions and information, like eyes can be donated within six hours of death, Anybody wearing spectacles or suffering from diabetes can also donate his eyes and other such were given to the people.
