The Information and Public Relation Department (IPRD) of Hazaribagh organised an exhibition-cum-fair on different schemes of State and Central Government at Matwari maidan on Tuesday. The fare was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribagh Sunil Kumar.
Kumar said that due to ignorance and lack of information the district administration loses crores of rupees of different schemes. Due to lack of information the rural people also remain deprived of benefits of the schemes going on in the district. The IPRD has organised such type of exhibition in the district for the first time and I hope it will be fruitful and helpful for the residents of Hazaribagh to know about various Govt. schemes.
The Deputy Development Commissioner Ravindra Kumar Singh said that this exhibition will prove the mile stone to spread the information in whole of the district. He said there are so many schemes about which people are not aware yet. With the help of this fair we will try our best to furnish the information to everyone. The Additional Collector Ranjan Kumar Choudhary said that the land revenue department of Hazaribagh will be completely computerized within one or two months.
