Making a sensational allegation in his reply in the House, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that former DGP of Jharkhand VD Ram was behind the formation of banned extremist outfits TPC and PlFI in Jharkhand.
Ram is now a BJP MP in the lok Sabha.
“It is our system which creates such organisations. It was Ram who formed TPC and PlFI in 2004. It is the system we have! We all have to work collectively and not just blaming the Government of the day or policemen is going to help,” said the CM. Though, he got a quick rebuttal from JVM's Pradeep Yadav who questioned why the Government did not act when it had information. The CM pointed towards joblessness as the main reasons behind growing crime cases while admitting about fear into the minds of the people which even affect road and bridge construction works in the State. The CM also made announcement that all the tribal land having been wrongly transferred would be restored within a week time. “I have got some specific information about wrong transfer of tribal lands. Within a week, all such tribal lands would be reverted,” said the CM.
