Vedanta Electrosteel (ESL) has inaugurated two innovation centres in its iron and steel business units which offer a dedicated space to ESL employees to create a think-tank and come up with creative and innovative ideas.
The new initiative is aimed at conducting weekly theme-based ideation sessions to generate ideas where they will be well captured, reviewed and implemented at the site.
Lakshmi Narayan G, Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, ESL said, the innovation centres are a platform for the dynamic and talented ESL employees.
