As a part of Employee Volunteering, the ESL CSR team organised an motivational session for students at Vedanta ESL Skill School at 16 Khata. This session has been started with the aim to help the students, who are going to start their new journey as a job in different cities. This motivational session engages them by including different types of fun activities as well. Neelima Sharma (Head, Digitalization) and Kajal Singh (HR) recently visited ESL Skill School to conduct a session for the SMO batch as part of Employee Volunteering. They basically motivated young girls and boosted their morale and confidence throughout the session by sharing their work-life experiences and engaging them in some enjoyable activities. This has aided them in their transition from school to work life balance and time management. The ESL CSR team is delighted to serve these students by scheduling many more sessions to help them become the greatest version of themselves.
