A meeting was held in a local hotel by surgeons of Hazaribag district on Monday. The members elected Dr. MP Sinha as secretary and Dr. Ali Kaushar as president of Hazaribag chapter of Association of Surgeons of India. Dr. BN Prasad was elected as treasurer.
The newly elected president Dr. Sinha said in a press conference that they have decided that this year the Association of Surgeon of India of Hazaribag branch the annual conference of the Jharkhand will be held in the month of November second week in Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College and Hospital Hazaribag.
For the smooth and successful conduct of the annual conference Dr. Om Prakash and Dr. Nidhish Sharan to be nominated as secretary and president. The president further said that all India level surgeons will take part in the conference. All facilities will be provided by the Hazaribag chapter to the surgeons.
In the meeting Dr. Vijay Shankar, Dr. BN Prasad, Dr. Satveer Singh, Dr. Ravi Prakash and Dr. Ankit Jaipuriar were present.
