A two-members team of ED (Enforcement Directorate) officials from Ranchi reached Garhwa and pasted a notice under Section 82 CrPC of PMLA Court at the house of Hriday Narayan Tiwari located at Piprakala, Garhwa. The related notice has also been pasted on the District Advocates Association building as a public place. On reaching Garhwa, the officers reached the Garhwa police station, where the officer went to the house of Hriday Narayan Tiwari along with the security personnel and pasted the notice.
The notice issued by Court of Prabhat Kumar Sharma AJC XVIII cum Special Judge of PMLA Act, Ranchi under Section of 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection of case no. ECIR02/2023 has been pasted by the ED team at the house of Hriday Narayan Tiwari located at Uma Bhawan Kachhari Road in Garhwa town. This notice has been pasted for the appearance of the accused in the court.
According to the facts mentioned in the notice, the court had issued a notice under 82 CrPC for the presence of Hriday Narayan Tiwari.
According to information received from sources, Hriday Narayan Tiwari, against whom notice has been pasted in Uma Bhawan near Mangal Bhawan, used to look after the accounts of Engineer Virendra Ram. His name came up during the court proceedings, in light of which a notice has been pasted today for his presence.
