Talking to the media, Jaipuriar, said that no complain has been received so far regarding to the electoral roll so far. However, the team has found imbalance over the male and female ratio of the electoral rolls in Kolhan. The ratio is 903 female per 1,000 male.

“We need to improve the gender ratio of the voters in the Kolhan Division. During the review we have found that male migration has led to the imbalance in the ratio. We have also asked the voters to file their complaint through Form 6 if they want to register any complain,” he noted.

In Monday’s meeting, presentations were also made on voter classifications and roll upgradation revision carried out by the administrative officials. He advised the officials to take steps to prepare error-free voters list and complete the inclusion and deletion of voters within the stipulated time.
