Sleuths of anti corruption bureau (ACB) based in Daltonganj on Friday caught red handed a clerk posted in the office of DSE, latehar. Umesh Pd Chowdhury was nabbed with Rs4,000 as graft money taken by him from a retired Government lady teacher Dayamanti Tirkey of Mahuadan in lieu of settling her pension works etc said ACB DSP Barnawas Tirkey.
He added that the lady teacher was being harassed by this clerk for Rs25,000 which was scaled it down to Rs4,000.
