Secretary to the Chief Minister, Sunil Kumar Barnwal, appraised the resolution of grievances registered at Jan Samwad Centre, taking strict measures against officials who failed in the task.
In the review meeting on Tuesday, Barnwal ordered show cause notice to be issued in the name of Executive Engineer of Chakradharpur for failing to take action on reports of sub-standard material being used in construction of road from Ichakuti to Guibeda under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna. He also instructed a district-level team to look into the matter.
Another show cause notice was issued to District Superintendent of Education, Ramgarh for not clearing pension of retired Principal of Rijhu Ram Mahto Primary School, lorpa in Kuju. Considering the inconvenience it has caused to the wife of the pension-holder originating due to his negligence, Barnwal ordered that Form ‘A’ is constituted against the DSE.
