Agarwal said, “Household items which are available only in metropolitan cities like Terracotta items, Designer candle, dress materials, silver decorative items, designer jewellery, home décor will be available at reasonable prices. It will give Ranchi residents an opportunity to explore metro-lifestyle.”

“People usually have to go to metros for Diwali shopping but this fair will allow them to wander in their own city itself for this purpose instead of moving out,” Agarwal added. Competitions like fancy dress for children aged between 1.5-12 years and Mehndi competition are also scheduled here. A discussion on role of women in building society is in the plan list as valedictory session of this fair.
