The first review meet of district council was held at lohardaga, which was headed by chairman Sunaina Kumari. In the meeting the review of land protection, agriculture, education, social welfare and health department was done.
District council president Sunaina Kumari and vice president Jafar Khan said to the officials, “The public has elected us for development. The development work should be stopped either way. The complaints of the public should not be lodged.”
In review of education department it was instructed to complete the construction of school buildings of economical year 2008-09. The funds of not completed buildings would be taken back from secretary of schools. The students should be given menu wise mid day meals. In Kasturba Gandhi residential schools the district council members and block heads would be given responsibilities. In review of Agriculture department it was told to the agricultural equipments should be distributed to the beneficiaries with public leaders. In review of foods supply department it was instructed to take back the ration cards from them who do not deserve for it.
On the occasion DDC Danial Kandulana, district council member Ram lakhan Prasad, Vinod Singh Kherwar, DSE Prabala Khes, DTO Rajeev Kumar and many other officials were present.
