The meeting of district board Hazaribagh has been held after a gap of more than four months. The members were angry and as the meeting started they first wanted a resolution to be passed according to which every month board meeting will be must.
After hot exchanges between members finally it was decided that in future every month the board will meet.
Chairman Brajkishore Jaiswal presided the meeting in which secretary DDC Dibar Joko presented the reports of different departments before the members for evaluation.
The members made several queries and gave their negative remarks on some works going on in different places without the approval of board. The members raised questions about road, electricity and education department.
The health and education department was specially on the target of the members and during the meeting DDC Dibar Joko intervened into the dialogue to save the officers.
The boars member from Barhi Arjun Sao raised the matter of banks who are not supporting the peasants.
He clearly said that peasants should be given more KCC and high quality seeds for their prosperity and the district administration must look into it seriously.
In the meeting the members passed a resolution against MlA Barhi Umashankar Akela. Vice Chairman Sanjeev Bediya, Civil Surgeon Dr. Vinay Kumar and
officers of different departments participated in this marathon meeting which ended late evening.
