DC Mukesh Kumar called a meeting of the media persons and conscious denizens of Hazaribagh and appealed to everyone to give suggestions in organizing peaceful Ramnavmi in the district. After taking suggestions he informed everyone that this time the district administration has already started cracking hard on the business of illicit liquor.
Many teams are working to stop the production and sell of illicit liquor during Ramnavmi festival and licensed shops have been ordered to keep their shops closed from April 15 to 17. This time the administration will keep eye on the notorious elements with the help of CCTV and drone cameras. As per the suggestions some sensitive spots were identified and it was decided to provide static force at those sites. Use of DJ has been banned in this year’s Ramnavmi and the district administration has prepared to provide all the basic facilities to the citizens during the procession period.
