At Bokaro Steel Plant various departments of BSL operational budget submission of FY 2021-22 was started in online mode. In this episode, the operating budget of FY 2021-22 was presented by RMHP and Sinter Plant Department.
During the presentation, Director-in-charge Amarendu Prakash, ED (Projects) Additional Charge (Personnel and Administration) R Kushwaha, ED (Materials Management) VK Pandey, ED (Works) Atanu Bhowmik, ED (Finance & Accounts) DK Saha, Chief General Manager of various departments, Head of Department and other officers were connected online from their respective offices.
During the presentation, performance review and gap analysis of various departments during 2020-21, production targets for the current financial year 2021-22, techno-economic parameters, productivity, quality , cost reduction targets, action plan for safety Various issues were discussed. During the presentation of the operating budget, the Director-in-charge gave the necessary guidelines to the RMHP and the Sinter Plant Department team for achieving the target set for 2021-22.
