A registration counter for the Digital locker service, a part of the Digital India initiative, was set up at the workshop on Best IT Practices in Government Organisations in Jharkhand on Monday. Participants and delegates attending the workshop enquired about and registered for the novel service. “Given its initial stage, response to the initiative has been satisfactory. People will be interested as they come to know about it,” said Pragya Kendra Operator Bharat Kumar Mahto.
