Interaction program "Rubaru" was organized at Human Resource Development Center of BSL. Young steel workers from various departments of BSL and Collieries Division participated in the programme. Chief General Manager (Technical-Director-in-Charge Secretariat) Lakshmi Das and other officers were present on this occasion. At the beginning of the program, the Director-in-Charge of BSL, Amarendu Prakash administered the safety oath to the participants. After that, the participants put forward many suggestions related to production, productivity, innovation in methodologies, safety etc. in front of the director-in-charge, on which the DIC also expressed his views. In the beginning of the program, Manager (HRD) Preeti Kumari welcomed the chief guest and the participants and threw light on the program outline.
