Indian Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has accepted the proposal of the State Government to become the brand ambassador of the Jharkhand Investment Promotion Board (JIPB).
Sources said that the star cricketer will help the Government attract global and national investors through advertisement campaigns and meetings in near future.
Dhoni has been also promoting the tourism sector of the State as the Government's brand ambassador.
Notably, the State Government is also going to hold the maiden 'Jharkhand Global Investors Summit' on February 16-17, 2017 in Ranchi.
The Summit aims to establish Jharkhand as a premier investment destination for both foreign as well as domestic investors based upon the macro-economic system through equitable and sustainable growth, enhance prospects of livelihoods for the State's people and provide a platform for new ideas and innovations for future investment opportunities.
